Broken Trust and Friendships

If she had ever thought for a second
Maybe this could be taken back
Perhaps she wouldn't need
If only that were the case
Instead he wore metal gloves
He never thought it through
His wants broke her walls
Soon everyone had forgotten
Her eyes still justified
Loving a man of metal
He didn't love back
Broken he broke her
Not once or twice but more
Every time he came back
Until she could give nothing
Tears that flowed like rivers
She should have not
Just like that it died
Friendship more than 10 years
Just like that they killed it
If only they had thought before
